These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Funly, available at www.funly.best. Funly is owned and operated by RJD International Search LLC. By using Funly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age Restriction

Funly is not intended for people 13 years of age or younger. If you are 13 years of age or younger, you may not create an account, submit content, or use Funly.

What Funly Provides

Funly is an informational experiences platform for finding and sharing local experiences, events, venues, activities, and related content. Funly does not operate, control, or guarantee the experiences listed on the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Accounts

You may create an account to submit experiences, bookmark listings, upvote content, and use other account-based features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

User Content

Users may submit public content including experience titles, descriptions, images, venue details, addresses, dates, links, tags, and similar information. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to submit it.

By submitting content to Funly, you grant RJD International Search LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, edit, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and displaying Funly.

Moderation

User-submitted content may be reviewed and moderated. Funly may edit, reject, remove, hide, or otherwise modify submitted content at any time, with or without notice, including for quality, safety, accuracy, policy, or legal reasons.

Accuracy and Third Parties

Funly is provided as an informational experiences platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, schedules, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of experiences, events, venues, third-party websites, or third-party services. Details can change, and you should confirm important information directly with the venue, organizer, or third-party provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Funly, interfere with the platform, submit false or misleading content, upload content you do not have rights to use, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

No Warranties

Funly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJD International Search LLC makes no warranties about the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJD International Search LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of Funly, third-party listings, venues, events, or external links.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
