This Privacy Policy explains how Funly, available at www.funly.best, collects, uses, and protects information. Funly is owned and operated by RJD International Search LLC.

Funly is not intended for people 13 years of age or younger.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your email address and authentication details when you create or use an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive basic Google account information needed to create and maintain your Funly account, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.

We also collect content you submit, including experience descriptions, images, venue information, addresses, links, tags, and related details.

When you use account features, we may store actions such as bookmarks, upvotes, submitted experiences, and moderation-related statuses.

Google Sign-In

Funly offers Google Sign-In as an optional way to create or access your account. When you use Google Sign-In, Google asks you to authorize Funly to receive basic profile information needed for authentication. Funly uses this information to sign you in, create or maintain your account, show account details, protect account security, and provide user-facing features such as saving, upvoting, and submitting experiences.

Funly does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Photos, contacts, or other Google account content. Funly does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, selling, lending, credit eligibility, or surveillance purposes.

Funly does not sell Google user data. We may share Google Sign-In account information only with service providers that help us operate Funly, such as authentication, hosting, database, security, and support providers; when required by law; to protect Funly, users, or the public from abuse or security threats; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets where permitted by law.

Public Content

Experiences and related content submitted to Funly may be public after review. Public content may include names, descriptions, images, venue details, locations, dates, links, tags, and similar listing information. Do not submit information you do not want displayed publicly.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Funly, provide account features, display and moderate submitted experiences, maintain bookmarks and upvotes, improve the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.

We limit our use of Google user data to providing and improving user-facing Funly features that are visible in the service.

Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to understand general website usage. Fathom Analytics is designed to provide privacy-focused aggregate analytics without using tracking cookies.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Funly may use necessary cookies or similar storage for account authentication, session management, and security. We do not use Fathom Analytics for cookie-based tracking.

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to host, authenticate, store, analyze, and operate Funly. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.

Current service providers may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare for hosting, security, and storage, and Fathom Analytics for privacy-focused aggregate analytics.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Funly, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and prevent abuse. Public or moderated submissions may remain available after account changes if needed to operate the service, unless removed by us or as required by law.

Moderation and Removal

User-submitted content may be reviewed, edited, rejected, removed, or otherwise moderated. We may retain records as needed for operational, security, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us to ask questions about your account or personal information. You may also use available account features to manage certain information, bookmarks, and account settings.

You may delete your Funly account from the account page when that feature is available to you, or contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information associated with your account. You can also review and revoke Funly's access to your Google account through your Google Account security settings.

Children

Funly is not intended for people 13 years of age or younger. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people 13 years of age or younger. If you believe a person 13 years of age or younger has provided personal information to Funly, contact us so we can review and address the issue.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
